Havre De Grace , MD

I took a business trip to Baltimore, MD the last week of June. I actually stayed at a great inn at Havre de Grace, MD. The Inn is called “The Crazy Swede” http://www.thecrazyswederestaurant.com . I highly recommend anyone stay there if they are passing through the area. The Swede is a group of houses on a block (a few blocks from Chesapeake bay). The houses were built in the mid 1800’s and have been refurbished to replicate the era. The town of Havre de Grace is an artist town. Many “duck decoy” artists lived in the area in years past. There is even a decoy museum that is world famous. The town was passed up by one vote

Some of the road took me along the waterfront. I skated by bed and breakfasts and historical houses. The weather was warm and muggy, but it felt good get out and move after the long plane ride. I was able to skate for an hour and a half before turning in.
