Every year a group of skaters ventures into the night to join the festivities of the Starlight Parade.   This year's volunteers skated the end of the parade route carrying the police tape and assisting the Maintenance Bureau in crowd control and parade clean up.

Unfortunately, the rain also joined them this year, which made for some creative skating.  Thank you to this year's volunteers and for a fun night of skating the streets of Portland.
