Portland REC Skaters, Jessica, Julia, Jerry, Tom (Seattle), Jim and Maria wait for the start of the MS Skate 2002

 

The Start line boasts almost 300 skaters this year

Similar to "Where's Waldo", look close and you will spot a couple of Portland Skaters sprinting out the start

MS Skate Dance Festivities


I drove the shuttle car and joined the Seattle skate dancers at the finish line festivities

A Seattle trip with "Lola",  a Pink Thunder Bird, sets Julia, Nancy and Jessica,  back a notch when a minor belt problems pulls them to the highway shoulder to consult the "HOW TO" book for girls on the go.
